Five tips to avoid Holiday weight gain.

1. Enjoy one (1) glass of wine, a beer or a cocktail. Spend the rest of the evening sipping on club soda with lime.

2. Eat a healthy snack before a party to take the edge off your appetite.

3. Be mindful of your snacking. Make mindful choices at the Holiday parties. Veggies, hummus, shrimp cocktail, whole grain crackers and low fat cheeses are a few good choices.

4. Stay active. It's more important than ever to stick to your workouts during the holidays to avoid stress and weight gain.

5. Get support from friends and family to avoid holiday temptations.
