INTRO TO CYCLING * FREE TO MEMBERS
*45 minute class that takes place in our indoor cycling room using special Schwinn bikes. The class is done to music. The instructor will take you on a journey that simulates riding up hills and on flat roads at different resistance and speeds. **Same as above only at a slower pace with set up instruction.
ZUMBA
CARDIO
ZUMBA - A LATIN INSPIRED DANCE AEROBICS CLASS - FUN, FUN, FUN.Cardio - 30 minute aerobic class. The instructor can choose to use step, hi-low, tae box, or any combination to get your heart rate into your training zone for 30 minutes.
TONE/CORE
A non aerobic class muscle conditioning class. Using hand held weights, bands, cords and body weight you will shape, define, strengthen and build endurance in your muscles. Class will target all the major muscle groups including core.CORE
CORE -A class that works on all core muscles. Great for training the abdominals and lower back. This class may include Pilates, Yoga and Stability Ball exercises.Resistance training with extra stretch exercises.
YOGA
A mind/body class that utilizes breath and physical postures to improve flexibility, strength, posture, balance and reduce stress.MUSCLE-LATES
Isolated muscle integration, body awareness and pilates are combined to help define and sculpt your body. (Light hand held weights, stability ball and bands are used)LITE TONE
A non-aerobic muscle conditioning class. Bands and light hand held weights will be used to tone the muscles.LITE CARDIO
1/2 hour class of step or hi low aerobics done to a slower tempo with simplified movements. Just right for anyone starting out or just enjoys a slower paced class.YOGA FIT
A quick moving series of Vinyasa flows. Used by many athletic trainers but designed so everyone can enjoy.Interval
An excellent cardio and strength workout.Interval - An hour class with intervals of simple cardio moves and toning exercises. (Dumbells, bodybars,and bands, are utilized)
